Employee Service Center
Welcome to the Port of Seattle's Employee Service Center — your one‑stop shop for all things badging.
We provide services for new and renewal airport ID badges and assist companies that require Airport ID Media. Authorized Signers can also deactivate badges or report them lost or stolen through the Authorized Signer Portal.
Our team offers guidance on submitting applications for U.S. Customs Seals and provides access to information related to aviation security operations, including escort preregistration and security checkpoint hours.
You’ll also find resources from our Aviation Security Compliance team, such as information on security citations, escort procedures, security rules and regulations, and citation fines.
Location & Hours of Operation
The Employee Service Center is located on the mezzanine level of the main terminal, above Security Checkpoint 4 — Door MT‑6002‑M.

Please note: The last appointment is scheduled 30 minutes prior to door closure.
